 Frank Whites Dive Store is a PADI 5 Star, full service Scuba shop located in Victoria, BC, Canada (Victoria , British Columbia, Canada is located on Vancouver Island). We offer a variety of scuba diving services, we service most major brands of scuba equipment and we teach PADI dive courses all the way up to PADI Scuba Diving Instructor level. The owner, Gord Oliver, has been in the business for over 20 years has owned Frank Whites Dive Store over that time. Now Open in our New Location
